Dr. Elena has over 25 years health care and academic experience.
Dr. Elena's special interests are pain management, female health, fertility, stress management, wellness and combination of Eastern and Western models of health care.
She was studying medicine in Russian State Medical University.
She moved to USA with her husband's family and continued her education at the Northwestern College of Chiropractic. After graduation from NWCC she worked in a private practice and lectured on health related topics in local colleges and schools.
Dr. Elena graduated Summa Cum Laude with Masters of Oriental Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University and Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science.
She received her Diplomate in Oriental Medicine from National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
She is licensed by Minnesota Board of Medical Practices to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine and by Minnesota Board of Chiropractic Examineers to practice chiropractic .
She is married with daughter and son. Dr. Elena enjoys reading, art, music and outdoors in her spare time.

Dr. Elena feels strongly that the relationship between the doctor and each patient is unique and confidential. She encourages patients to ask questions about their condition and treatment. Further, Dr. Elena encourages each patient to participate fully in their recovery, during the course of treatment and beyond, so that each patient is more able to lead a healthier and richer life.

In the event that additional care is indicated, Dr. Elena will refer you to the health care specialists. Among these are specialists in physical medicine, internal medicine, Ob/GYN, gastroenterology, neurology, orthopedics, homeopathy, massage therapy, and many other fields. If medication is needed for your pain, or other forms of treatment are required, Dr. Elena will discuss consultation with your medical doctor.
